Sitting in spacious, informal garden ground with direct access to the Sannox shore and a backdrop of Arran’s breathtaking mountain scenery, Woodside Cottage is perfect for a family holiday – an Arran "hideaway" not obvious to travellers along the road between Sannox and Lochranza. This house is full of character. The large lounge has an open fire which visitors may use if they wish although the newly installed central heating system is very efficient. There is an integral garage off which is a bunk bedroom with bunks for 2 persons which may suit older children. The single bedroom on the upper floor has a pull out mattress below the bed and also a z-bed for extra visitors. Bedding is available for these extra beds. There is also a twin and double bedroom with an adjoining door for use if required.There are 2 bathrooms both on the ground floor; one with cast iron bath and the second of these is a shower room with W.C. Ample parking space. Sannox Bay Hotel and Corrie Golf Club Tearoom both serving food are close by (check seasonal times).
