This Santa Barbara Vacation Rental is located on a beautiful tree lined street in Montecito, just 2 blocks from Miramar beach. It is a bright, sunfilled cottage that has just been remodeled, and features hardwood floors, brand new furniture and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. The home features two bedrooms and two baths. The front bedroom has a queen sized bed with a view of the beautiful Sycamore tree in the front yard. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, French doors that open up to the back patio and garden and a bathroom ensuite. Brand new, high quality mattresses, linens and towels. There is also a queen sized pull out futon adjacent to the living room.

The kitchen looks out onto the beautiful back yard, and has all brand new stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with all supplies, including high quality pots and pans, knives, dishes, etc. Adjacent to the kitchen is the office, with a desk and computer with high speed internet access. There is a fireplace in the living room, along with a television and DVD player. The open air dining room has a large table with seating for 8. Large picture windows throughout the house make it airy and bright. The living room also has a sofa sleeper pullout.

The large front yard is enclosed with a white picket fence and hedge, and the backyard has a nice size patio with a gas BBQ grill, hammock and a flagstone seating area.

Enjoy long beach walks along Miramar beach, watch the dolphins that frequently swim by, visit nearby Coast Village Road (1/4 mile away), with some of the best restaurants and shopping in Santa Barbara, or stay home and relax in the peaceful backyard.this home has all of the best that Santa Barbara has to offer
